Damage Investigation Workshop

This workshop focuses on the required elements of a successful damage investigation. Setting the stage for a valid root cause investigation and following standard investigative procedures are vital to an effective analysis of a damage. We’ll discuss asset protection, revenue/ loss recovery, ethics and other ingredients needed to perform accurate and timely root cause investigations.

This workshop will explore:
• What to look for upon arrival at the scene; finding and sorting out valuable clues
• How to remain objective
• Significance of witness comments
• How to deal with your conclusions being challenged; maintaining your credibility
